Clubhouse bookings and Regulations:

• In order to book the clubhouse for an event, you MUST be a BS&BC Member and the Member must be present at the event and be responsible for the event.
• The cost is $75.00 for the upstairs and $50.00 for the lounge. 
• There is a refundable $100 deposit required to be applied toward cleanup if necessary. 
• This deposit is to cover the cost of clean-up if the renter does not clean up after the event
• The Board made a decision to NOT allow Private (Member) bookings between May 23th and Labour Day so that ALL Club Members can use the facilities.

Is there liquor or NOT : if so smart serve is in effect and any required permits must be obtained by the member responsible for the booking.
