Sail Past 2025 – June 7, 2025

Message from Scott Lowell, BS&BC Commodore –

Sail Past 2025 went extraordinarily well thanks to fantastic weather, a nice breeze, incredible organization and the active participation of club members! I thank in particular Vice Commodore Bob Duggan for artfully organizing the event and including a generous host of city, provincial and federal dignitaries. Also Jennifer Vince, the Social Committee and all the chefs for treating us to hearty lunch and snacks for later as we came off the water.

Following our Sail Past procession where I think I counted 23 club boats, we proceeded to the middle of the bay and shared a toast with the RHYC executive. Macassa unfortunately wasn’t able to make it as planned but we’ll catch up with them during the summer.
